Cape Girardeau woman killed in one-car accident
Vicki L. Moore, 54, was pronounced dead on scene after the accident occurred around 7:15 am No other vehicles were involved in the crash. Moore was not wearing a seat belt, according to the patrol.

VA nurse who refused to draw patient's blood sues sheriff's office
