Police: Wrong-Way Driver Causes Crash, Killing 1
The crash happened around 8:30 pm on Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Rockbridge Road. Police believe a drunk driver caused the three-car accident, which killed one woman. Witnesses said they heard the loud crash and saw people trapped inside the cars.
