Man's Thumb Severed by Dangerous Machinery
David Millband was working at The Crimped Paper Works Limited in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire when the accident occurred in February last year. He was employed as a maintenance fitter, and was operating a machine that made paper baking cases.
