Belmont: 3-Time Convicted Drunken Driver Faces New DWI Charge
Moore blew a 0.12 on an Intoxilyzer test. North Carolina law considers a driver impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 or above. Moore was convicted of three DWI charges in 2005, two in Mecklenburg County and one in Gaston County.

TRIAL: Jury fail to reach verdict in Brown murder trial for another day
The Reading Crown Court jury was sent out on Thursday afternoon. The judge told them this afternoon he would accept a majority verdict after the jurors could not reach a unanimous decision. They are due to continue their deliberations at 10am tomorrow.
