Fairview Township crash leaves one dead
Police identified the man who was killed in the overnight crash as 77-year-old Louis Beemer, of New Cumberland. Police said Beemer, who was merging onto Interstate 83 Wednesday night, was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from his Jaguar.

Senior injured in crash
A senior was injured when his motorcycle collided with a car on North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, around 5.15pm on Monday. The car driver, a 48-year-old woman, was unhurt but the 69-year-old motorcyclist suffered minor injuries.

Part Of I-70 Closed In Tractor-Trailer Crash
Two people were trapped inside the tractor-trailer, and a medical helicopter was called to the scene. Westbound traffic was diverted onto State Road 9, and eastbound traffic was closed so the medical helicopter could land and pick up the patients.
