Police: Distracted Driving Caused Fatal Train Collision
Investigators say the drive of the truck, Peter Barnum, 35, did not stop at the working rail crossing and hit the train. Barnum died at the scene. Police believe he was talking on a cellphone and say driver inattention and distraction caused the crash.
