WOMAN ON CELL PHONE DIES AFTER STEPPING IN FRONT OF TRUCK
The truck ran over the woman, 31, as the driver, 37, made a right turn. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol was not a factor in the accident, according to Officer David Stafford with San Diego Police.
