Fayetteville's Marketfair Mall headed to foreclosure
The corporation that owns the mall at 1916 Skibo Road filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection more than a year ago. Fayetteville Marketfair Investors LLC hadn't paid any of its $134926 tax bill for 2009 as of the time of the bankruptcy filing.
