North Arkansas College board agrees to settle suit
By AP HARRISON — The Board of Trustees at North Arkansas College in Harrison has agreed to settle a lawsuit by a former counselor at the school. The board agreed to pay Kelli Powell $66500 and to rehire her at a salary of $32500.

Browning man sentenced for fatal crash
GREAT FALLS — A 22-year-old Browning man has been sentenced to just over three years in prison for a drunken driving crash that killed a passenger. Shane K. Talksabout was sentenced Thursday by US District Judge Sam Haddon in Great Falls.
