MPs want speedy disposal of ALCON/NSSF case
In 2009, NSSF lost the case in the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal dismissed all grounds given by NSSF, and upheld the lower court's multi-million dollar award to Alcon, which had sued NSSF for arbitrarily ending the contract.
